Its personnel was really kind and pleasant, no reason to complain. The hotel had a great location, near a tube station. A cool bonus was Bellagio Patisserie, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.
Couldn't stay longer.

The staff served cakes and pastries for breakfast. Our room was beautifully maintained and reasonably spacious, included with a terrace. We had a really great stay at Hotel Adler in Milan.

Fine overall experience. Lovely and excellent hotel in a nice enough area right by the city center, both M1 & M2 Loreto Stations and Corso Buenos Aires, and Next to a nice restaurant though : }. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Good location, walking distance to everywhere. Nearby Enoteca Divino - great place to chill out.

Though close to the metro station we found it difficult to find the hotel mainly because the hotel staff speak on Italian with no ability to speak english . The breakfast was very basic. The room was clean and just OK in size.
The lift was very primitive and could not accomodate more than 2 people .
